Extruder Heater

What We Do
We specialize in heavy-duty industrial heating components engineered exclusively for extrusion machinery. Whether your facility operates plastic, rubber, or foam extrusion lines, we provide the precise thermal parts required to maintain perfect melt temperatures and guarantee maximum production stability.
Our Core Product: Single & Twin Screw Barrel Heaters
At the heart of our thermal division are our Barrel Heaters for single and twin-screw extruders. These are specialized, high-performance heating jackets that wrap directly around the extruder barrel. They provide the critical, uniform thermal energy required to accurately melt, mix, and convey raw polymers and rubber as they are driven along the screw.
Because different zones of an extruder require different thermal dynamics, we engineer these barrel heaters in several specialized configurations:
Cast Aluminum & Brass Constructions: We build our barrel heaters using premium aluminum and brass, selecting the exact material based on your required operating temperatures and thermal conductivity needs.
Close-Type (Sealed) Heaters: A specialized configuration of our screw heaters that is fully enclosed and leak-proof. These are typically installed near the die head or high-pressure zones to protect the heating elements from being destroyed by melted material leakage.
Extrusion Pipe Heaters: Cylindrical, tubular variations of our heaters designed to perfectly wrap the downstream pipe sections and continuous material flow zones of the extrusion line.

Aluminum Heating Mold Blockor title

This is a custom-machined aluminum mold equipped with electric heating elements and temperature sensors.

Ceramic Band Heater

Ceramic band heaters are cylindrical electric heaters designed to provide efficient heat transfer to barrels, pipes, and processing equipment.

Large-Diameter Ceramic Heater Assembly

This is a large custom ceramic heater installed around a cylindrical vessel or processing chamber for high-temperature industrial applications.

The device pictured is a cast-in aluminum heater, commonly used in plastic extrusion or injection molding machines.

The main structure is made of cast aluminum with a terminal box for electrical connection.

The device is model-identified as “SK-85” and has various sizes indicated by numbers such as 150, 215, and 246.

This is an electric heating element, commonly used in industrial ovens or specialized heating systems. It typically consists of a bent metal tube with connectors for power supply and may be a replacement part for sauna heaters or machinery in manufacturing processes.
